The author stresses the need for employers to cover all bases in educating workers on long-term care (LTC) insurance. According to the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance, new figures suggest that only 5 to 8 percent of eligible employees have bought group LTC insurance. NavGate Technologies president Robert Pearson says that a successful LTC enrollment meetings can have a positive effect on the financial result of a company.
