The article focuses on the factors defining a successful hotel Web site in the U.S. Examination of major categories brings quickly to specific attributes that can be used to evaluate and improve the Web sites. Attributes of the Web site that can affect or drive the revenue production include the availability query to the booking engine, property name, address, and telephone number, images of the room types available, special offer and electronic mail registration, and themed packages.
