ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's experience of having an argument with the hotel staff over the cost of telephone calls he made during his stay in Stockholm, Sweden. He explains that he made international calls to his family and friends in Great Britain. Upon knowing the huge telephone call bills charged to him, he immediately informed and asked the hotel front desk for the details. Based on the actual cost of the calls to the hotel, he was given a refund for the overcharge.
