Reports that regional drug chains Duane Reade, Lewis Drug and Drug Fair are working together to devise programs to elicit consumer loyalty for their respective stores and for participating manufacturers. Assistance provided by the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS); Customers' presentation of a store-issued card everytime they make a purchase.
