ABSTRACT
In this article, the author narrates his experience of leading a life as a cancer patient. The author was communicated by a doctor about his illness on March 2, 2004. This led him and his wife Emily Alter to immediately begin negotiating the endless round of doctors' appointments and insurance hassles. The author describes his feelings, when he was going through the treatment.
