ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a research conducted by Boston, Massachusetts-based industry analyst firm AMR Research Inc. that revealed that companies are ready for an information technology solution to support corporate responsibility initiatives. Comments from Mike Ferrell of Safeway Inc. are included. Jeff Frank of Lawson stated that the study by AMR shows that companies are not managing their corporate citizenship efforts in any kind of comprehensive way.
