Brazil is well known for its rodizio, a feast of skewered, grilled meats. Feijoada has been the national dish of Brazil, it is a stew of black beans, pork and beef, sausage, served with rice, chopped cooked collard greens, and sliced oranges, and lightly roasted cassava flour known as farofa.
