ABSTRACT
The article presents several ideas and strategies of various food service providers. Dining Services supersized their loyalty cards to increase traffic at their launch buffets. A nursing home has stocks of ice cream, fruit, yogurt, pop and puddings at its pantries. Brew & Gold Café has set up dispensing machines outside the café for bottled juices, soft drinks, water, and milk.
