Healthy change for BCBS cafe

The article reports on the expansion of healthcare insurer Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Kansas. The $25 million expansion has consolidated most of the insurer's 1,684 employees into one building and given them a bright new cafeteria to boot. According to foodservice administrator Sandy Deines, the result has been a marked increase in cafeteria business, both in terms of customer counts and check average.
