The author relates how she found out that she had multiple sclerosis. She had been suffering from the symptoms of multiple sclerosis such as balance problems, vertigo, peri-menopause and memory loss. However, she refused to see a physician because she believed that she had figured out the reasons for her problems. She was officially diagnosed with multiple sclerosis after she had what she called a stroke.
