ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the McLane Trade Show, McLane Co. Inc.'s second annual consolidated buying event, that was held in the U.S. from March 14, 2007 to March 16, 2007. Roger Grogman of McLane said that the opening day of the convention saw sales revenues up 84 percent over the first day results of the year 2006. The show provided retailers the opportunity to speak face-to-face with McLane's suppliers, view and purchase new products, and attend educational sessions.
