ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the services offered by convenience stores in the U.S. One staffer of the journal "Convenience Store News" stopped at a store in Pennsylvania to fill up on gas and grab a bite to eat. The order for food given by the staffer was delivered in just over two minutes because of the touchscreen ordering and custom sandwich options. An editor of the same journal stopped into a store in Florida to use the restroom and found a high-end, spotless facility.
