ABSTRACT
The article reports that a new production label named Ventanazul has been formed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (MGM). Actors Salma Hayek and Jose Tamez. Ventanazul will acquire, develop and produce Latin-themed material. Ventanazul will use both Latin American and Hispanic talent for its productions. Deal places company president and CEO Hayek in fully equal partnership with MGM.
