ABSTRACT
The article reports that Altera Corp. will open a joint laboratory and training center at South China Normal University. The center is designed to aid professors in conducting hands-on training with students. It will be equipped with Altera's Quatus II software and development kits. The center is the 30th training center the company has established in China.
