Desrochers acquire Ottawa's Colonial

The article reports that Ottawa, Ontario siblings Andre and Diane Desrochers, owners of sleep specialist Bedzzz and upholstery specialist Sofa World, have acquired Ottawa furniture retailer Colonial Furniture from majority shareholder Jim Demers. The siblings will close some of their facilities to focus on Colonial. They will also create a holding company to manage their businesses.
