Kaplan to leave Portfolio

The article reports that Burt Kaplan, president of New York City's decorative fabrics supplier Portfolio Fabrics, is resigning to become a part-time consultant or project contractor. Cary Kravet, a principal of Kravet which owns Portfolio Fabrics, says that Portfolio will be operated by the Kravet family and will retain its showroom in High Point.
