ABSTRACT
The article focuses on three service companies, Cellswapper, Celltradeusa and Resellular, that help customers end cellular telephone contracts in the U.S. Reportedly these companies create on-line lists of contracts as well as lists of people looking to acquire contracts in order to make a match.
