The article presents information related to exercise for children. Three movements including push-ups, the plank and walking lunges, have been described that improve muscle strength and flexibility in children. Push-ups enhance the strength of arms and chest. The child needs to get down on his forearms and knees for the plank, which works on the abdominal muscles. Walking lunges is effective for strengthening legs and buttocks.
