ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the financial problems of Amkor Technology, the world's second largest semiconductor assembly and test firm, which has a big insider stake, with the family of chief executive James Kim owning 46% of the common stocks. The author says the Kims are extracting a nice stream of cash from Amkor, but the public shareholders are faring badly.
