ABSTRACT
The article reports on the earnings announced by KINGSEastman Chemical Company for fourth quarter 2006. According to Brian Ferguson, chairman and CEO, their fourth-quarter and full-year 2006 results suggested continued strong performance from most areas of the company. Ferguson said that the company's solid base of business had improved operating earnings excluding restructuring related items. Eastman is a manufacturer of chemicals, fibers and plastics worldwide.
