The article reports that GEA Group has reached agreement in principle on the sale of Lurgi, its chemicals and energy engineering businesses, in Dusseldorf, Germany. Chairman Jurg Oleas said there were points left to be cleared before the deal could dose. Oleas also said the number of prospective buyers for Lurgi was larger than expected.
