The article offers best practices strategies for hiring, firing and managing staff in the clinical trial field, according to Tanna MacReynold, institutional review officer at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Washington. She says that managers need a clear idea of what is needed in a position before recruiting someone. She suggests carefully screening every applicant for job priorities.
