ABSTRACT
The article provides tips for retail sales associates on how to get consumers to lie down on the mattresses in a store. According to the article, getting the consumers to try the products is a key to success on the retail sales floor. Male sales associates need to make the female customer feel comfortable doing something as personal as lying down. Some sales associates literally get on the same level as their customers, lying down on a nearby bed which can help the customer relax.
