ABSTRACT
In this article the author discusses the war on terrorism, noting the fear that such a war inspires. The war on terror is blamed for the reduction of civil rights in otherwise democratic countries. He argues that the war on terror has eroded the line between right and wrong. The author examines the problem of state-sponsored terrorism.
