The article reports on issues concerning management of mobile workforce. According to a report by the Business Performance Management Forum, existing IT provision does not meet the challenge of managing mobile workforces. It is informed that unreliable networks and lack of communication are not the only problems. It is suggested that the key to efficiency in managing any disparate workforce could be done through 3G networks, internet, wi-fi hotspots, and others.
