ABSTRACT
The article presents information on several companies in the Web-support services sector. KANA boosted its performance through focus on electronic service, improved product line and a new chief executive officer. Talisma increased its revenue growth and customer acquisitions in 2006 by releasing its CIM 7.0 and Talisma Professional Edition software. RightNow Technologies has released RightNow 8 which improved its Web self-service offerings.
