The article presents information on several companies in the computer telephony integration market. Analyst Ian Jacobs says Cisco Systems has not improved its customer satisfaction ratings because of its focus on innovation. Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories has a unified approach of providing all contact center needs. The CRM 2007 Service Leader award in this category went to Avaya, which aims at unified communications.
