ABSTRACT
The article presents statistics related to customer relationship management (CRM). CRM solution providers' worldwide revenue has reached $8.4 billion in 2006 and is expected to increase to $10.9 billion in 2007. According to a survey by the Computing Technology Industry Association, 50% of businesses trust security offerings by Internet Protocol telephony providers. In 2006, 38% of the consumers said that they do not want to receive commercial text messages.
