ABSTRACT
The article reports on the possible delays of educational technology firm ProQuest Co. in meeting the extended deadline to file the 2005 annual report and may face delisting from the New York Stock Exchange. It was noted that the firm was also late in making its 2006 quarterly reports. The company explained its side on what are the factors that contributed on delays. In addition, ProQuest provided unaudited results for ProQuest Education based on its March 2007 business update. The company also presented some of its business development.
