ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the significant role played by mental diagnosis as man's basis in attaining social destiny. Mental diagnosis shows exaggerated reliance on mental tests. Here, the tests employed are frequently selected disregarding the original problem and purpose of the examination. It has been stressed that the ultimate aim of this diagnosis is guided towards the solution of some individual social problem. This indicates that there is too little clinical problem analysis in terms of social origin and social outcome.
