ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's experience of maintaining her weight through a gluten-free diet. The author was 30 pounds overweight, had digestive bloating, and her immunity was depressed. She was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. She noticed that when she removed gluten from her diet, she felt much better. Now, she takes a diet rich in vitamins and minerals. She takes milk thistle for liver support, and zinc for strong immunity. All these are gluten-free.
