ABSTRACT

Under a license agreement with Subway Restaurants, Smithfield Deli Group will produce, package and distribute a line of Subway-branded delicatessen meats and cheeses to retailers. In response to the growing trend for healthy snacks, General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice has introduced the Nature Valley brand Cranberry Walnut Granola Bites. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc. has unveiled a new Whole Wheat Glazed doughnut made from 100% wheat.
