ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of the Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System (PSERS) to consider numerous investments that were discussed at its March 15, 2007 meeting, which include the fixed-income investment with Barclays Global Investors. PSERS will be using the services of several consultancy firms, including Courtland Partners in analyzing the investments.
