ABSTRACT
The article reports that Cypress Semiconductor Corp. has priced $500 million of 1.00 percent convertible senior notes due September 15, 2009, with the sale expected to close on March 13. According to Cypress, the notes will initially be convertible, subject to certain conditions, into cash up to the lesser of the principal amount of the notes or the conversion value.
