ABSTRACT
The article reports that the rising prices of palm oil are exerting an upward pressure on biodiesel manufacturing costs in Asia. The author said palm oil values are reaching the 600 U.S. dollar per ton free on board Malaysia levels. The increases resulted from higher crude palm oil prices and rising soya values in the U.S.
