ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's experience in repairing a water pumping system. The maintenance manager of an apartment building, where he installed a cold-water pumping system, called him regarding the failure of the system. He discovered a thumbwheel for a bleed valve after inspecting the pressure sensor. A stream of water flowed after he opened the valve and then the pump started again.
