ABSTRACT
The article discusses the use of control software at the Clay Community School District in Clay County, Indiana. KMC Controls provides the school district, specifically four of its elementary schools, with WinControl operator interface. Tom Reberger, director of building and grounds at the school district, said that the software from KMC meet the school district usages. He explained that their flexibility, economy of operation and building scheduling are the benefits they get from KMC.
