The article discusses the significance of whole cereal grains to human nutrition. Whole cereal grains are composed of complex carbohydrates, proteins, and minerals that are essential to human beings. They can also be a good source of amino acids which are responsible for cell replacement and repair. Sample recipes involving whole cereal grains are presented.
