ABSTRACT
The article highlights the topics discussed by Mick Fleetwood, drummer of the rock band, Fleetwood Mac at the 2007 International Recording Media Association Forum held in Indiana Wells, California. Fleetwood offered advice and motivation to members of the U.S. music industry on how to deal with changes and challenges. He advised them to be creative and be open to new ideas. Fleetwood also explained how musicians can come to terms with digital downloading.
