ABSTRACT
The article relates the author's perspective on how to deal with the shortage in employees with travel consulting skills. As the store manager of Travelscene Ltd. in Mt. Martha, Victoria, she believes that finding qualified consultants is quite difficult so as an executive who already found this kind of employees, one should know how to appreciate and encourage them. She suggested that it is essential to keep enthusiastic travel team for they serve as the lifeline of the industry.
