ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plans of seven investment banks to launch a pan-European electronic trading platform to be called as the Project Turquoise in the U.S. The project will be launched before the end of 2007. There are many speculations over the possible outcome of the guarded plan by the Internet-banking consortium for a European exchange.
