Home Cooking;Jun2007, Vol. 35 Issue 3, p25
The article cites the use of grill woks in cooking. Grill woks are nonstick metal baskets available at hardware and home stores and have holes in the bottom and sides to allow the heat and smoke to reach the foods. In using them, lightly oil the inside and place them on the grill rack. Stir the food occasionally with a long-handled spatula or tongs.
