ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the significance of the Halton Report Card. The card comprises of data about economic, health and social condition of the neighborhood that has been made available in one report wherein it represents a shift toward information sharing or "democratization of data." Its major goal is to make information accessible and comprehensible wherein communities can understand local problems and the resources available to address them, plan strategies and evaluate its progress toward achieving goals.
