When we look at the success and the factors of business, in a different way, it can be seen the focuses on the financial values and the factors affected. Those factors usually occur as intangible assets tights tax that make to rise business assets and profitability. In the concept of IAS and TAS, the effective factors of profitability evaluated, in case of two special tourism business. A linear correlation, obtained between profitability and customer satisfaction, room selling price, and educational level of managers. In other words, the value of business depend on not only selling price and cost data but also the trusty, knowledge of satisfaction level, the investments and development education status given personal.
