ABSTRACT
The article presents tips on recruiting talented employees. The author states that it is important that business enterprises seek diversity and value inclusiveness in the workplace. In relation to this, the author mentions that differences lead to innovation which may eventually lead to corporate success. He added that developing a sense of purpose is the most important factor in attracting creative and educated talent.
