The contract will be handled by the company's Corporate Services division. Michael Norris, Corporate Services president, said the company plans to spend more than $2 million to renovate the kitchen and redesign the indoor restaurant. Conant Architects and food service consultant Pascoe-Jacobs Associates will partner with Sodexho on the design work.
