ABSTRACT
The article reports that Saint Bartholomew's Church in New York City has hired Sodexho to manage food service and catering in the building. The contract will be handled by the company's Corporate Services division. Michael Norris, Corporate Services president, said the company plans to spend more than $2 million to renovate the kitchen and redesign the indoor restaurant. Conant Architects and food service consultant Pascoe-Jacobs Associates will partner with Sodexho on the design work.
