ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of Princeton University's Dining Services to renovate the food court in the Frist Campus Center, including the addition of a sustainable ice cream brand. The Bent Spoon unit will be installed in place of the convenience store. Dining Services plans to remove the Healthy Eating Laboratory in order to build a larger c-store, and Café Vivian will be enhanced with the addition of E-Squared.
