The article reports that La-Z-Boy Inc. would close its two upholstery factories and a rough mill lumber operation. These facilities are located in North Carolina and Mississippi. A single factory would be formed by combining three upholstery operations in the company's Kincaid division in Taylorsville, North Carolina.
