The article reports that SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical (ZRCC) and Lyondell Chemical have received government approval for the construction of a propylene oxide (PO) and styrene monomer plant in Ningbo, China. The companies will market the PO output through a joint venture marketing company which they will equally own.
