The article reports that Praxair has purchased Aga SA de CV, the industrial and medical gases business of Linde in Mexico. The transaction has been approved by the Federal Competition Commission of Mexico. The sale of Aga is part of a mutual agreement between Linde and Praxair. Linde had acquired industrial gas producer Karbogaz, which was formerly a joint-venture between Ismail Aytemiz and Praxair.
